had a ticket that said * dollar bet to win * dollars and when i cashed it in they only paid * dollars, bullshit. At guest service if you want to print your boarding pass have your confirmation number with you and give it to the guy at guest service, they arent clear with these directions cost me over * dollars to pay for internet which they directed me to instead of just telling me to give them to confirmation number.

This was our first time in Vegas so we weren't sure what to expect. We had booked a room with a King sized bed, but when we checked in, they said our room wasn't available, so we would get a free upgrade, We should have asked, but we're not sure what the word upgrade means. there was no coffee maker, fridge, or microwave oven etc., so maybe upgrade just means two queens instead of a king.....Other than that the hotel is what it is....Pool area is very nice....The buffet is absolutely disgusting. You're way better off going to the nearest Mcdonalds or Subway.. DO NOT do dinner(supper) at the buffet...(We left hungry)..Other than that the hotel is very mediocre...probably many better choices.

I stayed at TI the second week of June, and was pleasantly suprised on the style and look of the room and the comfort of the bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was a great place to be during the weekdays, yet on Friday and the weekends it gets pretty crouded and loud - not to big of a pool to hold too many people. Overall the resort was clean and enjoyable, would definatly stay there again. Also, watch the "resort fee" of $* a day - it is in the small print.

It's my understanding that T.I. has been recently renovated, not sure how true this is as this was my first time staying there. However, the hospitality was excellent, the hotel is conveniently located on the Strip, and the restaurants inside are absolutely wonderful! The only downside to my accommodations at T.I. was the lighting in the room. It is way too dim! Especially for women, we desire a well-lit bathroom to ensure that we don't have our makeup looking like a "clown." The other areas of the room could stand brighter lighting as well. The room has many sources of light overall, i.e. lamps, overhead bed lighting, etc., but just needs to be more bright.

Stayed there the weekend of May 14-16...just had a non-smoking guest room...nice...room and bathroom were clean...good price for the location...the workout room was good...had good wireless internet service...overall a very pleasant stay Complaints: The pool is tiny...when my sister and brother-in-law went to go for a swim, it was "standing room only"...don't bother staying here if you want to swim Thin walls...the adjacent room tended to stay up very late and talk, laugh (loudly), and listen to music... There is no "VIP seating" for the Sirens show...it does not exist anymore even though on the form that lists what's included in the "resort fee" says it does
