My boyfriend and I stayed at TI in the Executive Suite for 6 nights last July and it was wonderful. We were able to see the sirens show from our window. It was nice to need a key to access our floor as well. When we first arrived it was stifling however we called maintenance and they were there to resolve our issue in a matter of minutes. They were also very accommodating to us having friends stay with us for two nights and even rolled a bed up. The restaurants were great and the hotel is manageable in size. I will definitely stay again but will not be able to stay in anything less than Exec. Suite.

03/20/2011We booked thru ti. paid for round trip air fare for 3, reservation for petite suite with supposed mountain view, trip supposedly included shuttle fare to and from airport. not! ...
We booked thru TI. Paid for round trip air fare for 3, reservation for petite suite with supposed mountain view, trip supposedly included shuttle fare to and from airport. NOT! We were offered a free upgrade and thought well how nice. I did not realize going from a suite with a whirlpool tub, sofa, king bed with a supposed mountain view to a regular room with 2 queen beds and regular tub strip view was an upgrade. We had to pay again for shuttle to and from airport. (even though it was supposedly included with trip price which wasn't cheap by any means) Maids and service technitions in casino were very nice and the customer service folks could take a few lessons from them. Mystere was incredible and the staff in Pho and the Buffet were great. When trying to get answers nicely and resolve issues related to our reservation deal we were given the "run around" and management was "not available" ever. It is March/spring break and the pool closes at 5pm? Beds were comfortable.

Mostly nice hotel. Bathroom has bad lighting and no fan. Hairdryer is not the best. Wish there had been a fridge and microwave in room to save all the delicious food we ate for a midnight snack. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
