My fiance and i had a wonderful trip. We stayed at the Wynn, which is a five star hotel on the 50th floor. The view was incredible. Bed faced the ceiling to floor window:-) Also got married at Hollywood Wedding Chapel. Went to see the Phantom of the Opera. Flight was a little tricky and would have preferred no stops, but it was alot of extra money. No fault of travel agency I know. All in all, I'm ready to go back and will use travel agency again for future trips.

The Wynn was clean, accommodating, and served extrodinary food. Our only disappointment was the lack of vending machines for soft drinks. The $20/day fitness facitlity fee wasn't appreciated since we didn't have time to use the gym.

Good hotel with expensive pricing

Best hotel In Vegas. The staff was very accomodating....the rooms are impressive and the shopping/gaming/events are top notch. It is very expensive to dine here and at Encore, but no different than any other 5 star on the Strip. If you want a quiet room that is well appointed, a great view, and an overall great experience, I would highly recommnend the Wynn.

01/24/2011Seems to be staffing issue everwhere. some amazing staff but just not enough. -valet parking did not really want to see us. had to wait until we found a porter ...
Seems to be staffing issue everwhere. Some amazing staff but just not enough. -Valet Parking did not really want to see us. Had to wait until we found a porter to assist us. -1/2 hr Waiting in line to checkin with queuing system in place. -Took elevator to pool but it would not go to that floor (Tried other elevator also) only to find out that pool closed for work. We were not informed. -Concierge staff we great but only 2 with 6 computer stations. Approx 30 minute wait. -Bathroom light not working but repaired promptly which was appreciated -Visited La Cave for lunch but walked out after 15 minutes as no service. They were not busy??? -21 people in line for coffee in the morning with 1 person taking orders?????
